The original Jar of Violets painting came about after the artist spent the day collecting wild violets. The jar sitting on the counter waiting to be turned into wild violet syrup was too beautiful to leave alone. Julie ended up with a beautiful painting as well as an electric purple syrup that reminds her of spring all year long. 

This is a museum-quality giclée print of an original acrylic painting by Julie Machado created with archival inks so the color stays rich and true for years to come.
