Returns/Refunds

Each ooojules piece is created and fulfilled with care. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Once an order has shipped, we are not able to offer refunds for shipping delays that may occur in transit.

If your package is officially declared lost by the carrier, please reach out. Once confirmed, we will gladly send a replacement your way.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
